Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid direct contact with eyes or skin exposure. Users should review all product labels and safety instructions before use. If irritation or adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, performance duration, or suitability for a particular application unless expressly stated in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GROTE Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GROTE Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use our products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product.
All product designs, branding, trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, packaging, and related materials are the exclusive property of GROTE Industries and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Products must be unused or substantially unused and returned in original packaging unless defective.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products showing signs of misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process. Custom, bulk, or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production or fulfillment has begun.
